How is your day?
How is your day? Is it good, bad, successful, unsuccessful, produtive, unproducitve? What ever it is are you happy with what you have done today? If not what can you do to change it?
For me a good day consists of doing something creative, and it being fun while I do it. Now not everyday is a success for me. I get frustrated, irritated, and discouraged. I have learned that when I get to a breaking point I usually need food. Becoming hangry (bad-tempered or irritable as a result of hunger) is something I experience way too often. When I am really mad I say bubbles several times in a row. For some reason that always makes me smile
